Shipping Policy

1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
We offer nationwide shipping, including remote and rural areas. Additionally, we provide international shipping to selected countries. Please contact us for more details regarding international shipping availability.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days.
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery: Available within Ho Chi Minh City, estimated delivery time of 2 - 6 hours.
International Shipping: 7 - 21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers promptly if any delays occur.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and order weight.
Free shipping for orders of 1,000,000 VND or more.
Orders under 1,000,000 VND will be subject to shipping fees depending on the delivery location and shipping method.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 4:30 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Order inspection before payment: Customers have the right to inspect their order before making payment (for COD orders). If any issues are found or the product does not match the description, the customer may refuse the order.
Order refusal: If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason, we reserve the right to decline future orders.
Unsuccessful delivery:
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
If delivery fails due to external factors (unable to contact the customer, incorrect address, etc.), we will attempt to arrange a second delivery.
If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, or the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees.
